Hawaii Nei

December 30, 2009 marks the day that I first arrived in Hawaii.  To "commemorate" this wonderful day I decided that starting from this post until the 30th of December this year I will be blogging about the things that I missed the most about Hawaii.  So here it goes:

#1 

I know almost everyone that left Hawaii will agree that the Hawaiian beach makes it to the top of their list as well.  I know that there are a lot of great beaches here in the Philippines too but you cannot blame me for missing the Hawaiian waters we're living like maybe 3 or 4 hours away (I'm not even sure) from the nearest beach in our area.  Plus, beaches here in the Philippines are not free, it's really going to cost you a lot if ever you would want to make a trip to one.

I miss seeing it's beauty while we're driving, I miss it's sands, I miss living 5 minutes away from it, I miss the smell of it, I miss hearing the waves, I miss everything about it.

I know this will not be the same with Jesse since he is really not a fan of beaches and also as he always say "beaches in Tahiti are WAY better than Hawaii's", Ha!  

Oh how I miss the islands!

Jesse and I have been really in to movies ever since our first "date".  On our first "date" we went to watch the movie Megamind with our friends Garry and Shereene (and that was around July of 2010).  Jesse and I usually spends our Friday Date Nights on movie theaters or sometimes at home watching movies online.     At the beginning of this year I have been wanting to make a list of the movies that we have watched ever since we got together but as usual I never found time to do it.  Luckily last week, Jesse was able to find a file which contains a list of movies from 2011 to 2012 and thus the reason for this entry.  On the other hand I don't think that this list is complete (I even added some from memory) so I might still be missing a few but that's alright I'll work on it later :).  So here it is...
